Where we ship

Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates

Order tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away at Support@justin-living.shop if you need to change an address; we will try to help but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at Support@justin-living.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Multiple-item orders
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
If you ship internationally, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
