You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase)
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered
How to start a return
Email us at Support@justin-living.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us at Support@justin-living.shop. For the fastest service, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer. If you still have not received your refund, email us at Support@justin-living.shop.
